How it works

Five clear steps from brief to delivery

The full ordering process
  1. Step 1

    Share your requirement

Garments, roles, approximate quantities, delivery emirate and your logo. A rough brief is enough to start.

  2. Step 2

    Select uniforms & fabrics

We recommend garments, fabrics and weights for the roles and conditions, then confirm specification, price and timing in writing.

  3. Step 3

    Confirm design & branding

You approve a digital mock-up, and a physical sample where the order calls for one, before bulk production starts.

  4. Step 4

    Production & quality checks

Garments are produced and branded to the approved specification and checked against it before dispatch.

  5. Step 5

    Delivery

Packed as agreed: by size, department or employee. Approved specs are kept on file for consistent repeat orders.

Written specifications

Fabric, weight, colour, sizes, logo size and position are recorded on the quotation.

Approval before production

No bulk production starts until you approve artwork, colours and any agreed sample.

Checks against the spec

Measurements, stitching and branding placement are checked. See quality control.

Consistent repeat orders

Keeping the approved spec on file helps new staff receive matching uniforms later.

Enquiries, mock-ups and approvals happen remotely by email and WhatsApp. Delivery arrangements for your emirate are confirmed on each quotation. UAE coverage

Fabrics & materials

Fabric choices for UAE conditions

Heat, humidity, air-conditioned interiors and frequent washing all affect which fabric works. Fibre, knit and weight matter as much as colour.

  • Texture illustration

    Cotton jersey

    100% cotton single-jersey knit

Soft, breathable and natural to the touch. Can shrink and fade with frequent hot washes.

Best for: T-shirts, promotional and indoor wear

  • Texture illustration

    Pique cotton

    100% cotton pique knit

Textured honeycomb surface that holds a collar well and gives embroidery a firm base.

Best for: Classic polo shirts and front-of-house roles

  • Texture illustration

    Polyester

    100% polyester, often moisture-wicking

Light, quick-drying and colour-fast. A less natural feel, and some knits can hold odour.

Best for: Outdoor, events and active roles

  • Texture illustration

    Cotton-poly blends

    Typically 65/35 or 60/40 polyester/cotton

Keeps its shape and colour through frequent laundering, with a cotton-like handle.

Best for: Everyday office, retail and hospitality

  • GSM options

GSM is fabric weight in grams per square metre. Heavier is more structured and durable, but warmer outdoors.

    • 140–170 GSM
      Light: events, outdoor and sports
    • 180–200 GSM
Mid: everyday uniforms for most roles
    • 210–240 GSM
      Heavy: premium, structured front-of-house

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first

Straight answers on quantities, pricing, branding and timelines.

How do I request a quotation for custom uniforms?

Use the quote request form or message us on WhatsApp with the garments, approximate quantities, colours, logo and the date you need the uniforms. Partial information is fine to start; missing details are clarified before the quotation is issued.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Minimums depend on the garment, whether it is a stock item or made to specification, the fabric colour and the branding method. Stock garments with a logo usually have lower minimums than custom-dyed or cut-and-sew garments. The minimum for your specification is confirmed in writing on the quotation.

Which fabric is best for uniforms in UAE heat?

For active and outdoor roles, lightweight moisture-wicking polyester or polyester-rich blends are common. For indoor roles, cotton-rich or poly-cotton fabrics balance comfort and appearance. See the fabric guide and best fabrics for UAE weather.

Should I choose embroidery or printing?

Embroidery gives a raised, durable finish suited to polos, shirts, jackets and caps. Printing suits larger designs, fine detail and T-shirts. Compare them in logo embroidery vs DTF printing.

How long does a uniform order take?

It depends on stock availability, the customisation level, branding method, quantity, approval speed and whether a sample is needed. The expected timeline for your order is stated on the quotation. If you have a fixed date, mention it at enquiry.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Samples are common for made-to-spec garments, custom colours and larger orders. Whether a sample is included for your order, and any charge for it, is set out on the quotation.
